Barnas Recruitment is a leading Southampton based recruitment company operating predominantly in the office, logistics, administration and retail sectors in Hampshire.

EDENVALE RECRUITMENT


Edenvale Recruitment is a based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, supplying staff to the Healthcare and Childcare sectors throughout the UK.

WIZARD RECRUITMENT


Wizard Recruitment is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, operating predominantly in the Catering, Domestic and Administration sectors across the UK.

Owner

Mark jointly owns Pignatelli Holdings with Jenni Pignatelli.

JENNI PIGNATELLI


Owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jenni is accountable for the overall success of Pignatelli Holdings and is in charge of all company operations. Her primary focus is strategy definition and the implementation of short and long term operational plans as well as internal subsidiary investments and external acquisitions.

ANDY COLES


Senior Business Manager

Andy is accountable for the day to day running of the subsidiaries within PH. Working closely with the CEO and Business Managers, his primary responsibilities are to train and develop staff, whilst maintaining the profitable running of the businesses. Focusing on both short and long term strategies.

JULIET FOURÉ


Senior Operations Manager

Juliet supports all staff within Pignatelli Holdings with their careers and personal development by providing timely and industry relevant learning content and enabling a robust digital and technology platform. She is also responsible for safeguarding all subsidiary operations from a compliance perspective.

FIONA HAILE


Finance and Business Support Manager

Fiona supports all four subsidiaries by managing facilities and monitoring group contracts. She also provides payroll and credit control for Barna Shields and Oak Tree Recruitment, and credit control for Wizard Recruitment.

Bookkeeper

Andy is responsible for general bookkeeping of all subsidiaries within the group, as well as payroll for Wizard Recruitment. Andy’s accountabilities also include MI reporting.
